If the receiver is advising they have not received their shipment, before you raise a query with ITD please:
- Select the relevant attachment
- Complete the sections in 'red'
- Once completed send to your customer to complete the sections in 'grey'
- Once all sections (red & grey) have been completed send to https://support.itdglobal.com/hc/en-gb/requests/new -Selecting ‘Lost, Damaged, Claim’ query type
- A 'Cost Invoice' will be required to claim- please also attach
